If you have purchased tickets for the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship at Cadwell Park this Bank Holiday weekend, we have pleasure in providing some important information to help you make the most of your weekend.

Opening times
The circuit will be open to the public at the following times this weekend:

Saturday 8am  
Sunday 7am
Monday 7am

Car parking
Car and bike parking is available at various locations on site free of charge.  Please follow the road signs on your approach to the circuit.

Charlie's trackside car parking is dependent on weather conditions. If ground conditions are poor this will not be available and you will be directed to another car parking location - please follow instructions from staff on the day.

Tickets
You will need to bring your original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets are sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Camping
On site camping for this event is now sold out and we will not be able to accommodate any on the day arrivals. For alternative site locations click here.

For those with pre-purchased tickets the campsite opens 12 noon on the day before the event (Friday) and closes 9pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

With such wet weather earlier this year, it is possible that some areas may still be muddy. Please plan and dress for wet weather, and take care when walking and driving in wet conditions should they occur.

BSB Radio
BSB Radio will be back on air broadcasting live from Cadwell Park on 87.7FM as well as online hosting all the commentary from Fred Clarke and Larry Carter for the qualifying sessions and races. Live commentary and news will be coming to you all weekend on both 87.7FM and online via www.britishsuperbike.com/radio. 

Disabled access
For disabled access please follow signs for public parking, then directions for label holders. Please ensure a disabled label is visible to traffic marshals and await direction.

Win £500 of STIHL outdoor power tools
The STIHL Power Award gives you the chance to win STIHL outdoor power tools worth £500 and your photo could appear in the 'Gallery' on the BSB website. All you need to do is send a photo of the first rider to pass the STIHL No. 1 marker at the first intermediate checkpoint at the end of Park Straight and send it to bsbmedia@msvracing.co.uk

Entertainment
There will be a funfair all weekend, including on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. On Saturday night there will be a disco in the Clubhouse with a live band performing on Saturday and Sunday evening.

Live Music Marquee. New for 2012! On Saturday and Sunday nights there will be live music from 7pm in the Music Marquee. The marquee is located in between Park Corner and the funfair.

The annual CJ Riders Fund Cycle race takes place on Sunday evening from 18:30. You can join some of the stars on track and all money raised goes towards providing vital trackside specialists and medical equipment for the riders in the MCE BSB paddock. To enter, and for further information, please visit the CJRF stand in the trade zone. Everyone taking part must wear a helmet.
